Oceanfront condo building in Jax Beach needed curb appeal. Safety was a priority since existing landscape was overgrown and blocked visuals of street and pedestrian traffic. Their landscaping was updated with colorful spring and summer blooms, palm tree centerpieces, swaying ornamental grasses and eye catching bouquets by signage.

This home needed a completely updated landscape design to go with its new pool . Salt tolerant, sun loving, sandy soil plants were used for privacy, color and design. St. Augustine sod was installed for playing soccer and a new deck, including foot washing station, was designed for utility.

Atlantic Beach BackYard

This AB home has a giant yard with a lot of existing palm trees. 8,500 sq ft of St. Augustine sod and hundreds of tropical plants were brought in to make this a lush and inviting oasis. Brand new irrigation and well system supply plenty of water for all those new plants.

ponte vedra beach small garden

This beautiful beachfront home in Ponte Vedra Beach needed an updated garden area by the driveway. Some established plants were kept and combined with new plants to accomplish the overall finished look. Lots of colorful perennials were mixed with roses, African irises and hydrangeas.
